The client needed to connect Monday.com and Jobber to automate property maintenance and turnover tasks for their short-term rental portfolio.
The challenge was ensuring seamless handoffs between systems: whenever a property in Monday.com was flagged for maintenance, it needed to automatically move to a new board, create a mapped job in Jobber, and sync statuses back and forth.

Neither Monday.com nor Jobber offered full integrations out of the box. I designed the workflow, optimized their Monday.com structure, integrated Jobber’s API, and bridged gaps using Zapier with custom code. An automated token refresh system was also built to ensure reliability without manual intervention.
